Purpose: reduces the information clutter on the Edit Tag page by hiding all the descriptive text (which experienced wranglers know by heart), and by hiding several fields in the situations they're not needed.

For example: the "Canonical" checkbox is unnecessary if the tag is currently a synonym or unwrangleable, the "Metatag" field should only appear for canonicals, the "Add Subtag" and "Add Synonym" fields are hidden, etc.

Tested: So far on Firefox for Windows.
