Any new entries that you add to your list will be added to your Plan To Watch/Read list.

The script is executed on entry pages only if the anime/manga isn't on your list yet.
By default, when you open an entry page and click on "Add to List," MAL adds the entry to your watching/reading list, but with this script, the entry will be added to your PTW/PTR list with a single click on the Add to List button.
The script also works on all pages under;
Genre
Season
Producer
Manga Magazine

And can also add stacks or all entries on the current page in a single click. (Click on the TamperMonkey extension, then click on "Add All Entries" and wait for the page to reload.)
