The script;
Uses the Official MAL API.
Works both for the anime/manga synonyms below the anime/manga image and also works on the Related Animes/Mangas section on the page.
Makes it easier to see what the correct alternative titles are at first glance, especially if the anime/manga title itself has commas in it!
The script will cache the synonym titles when you load an anime/manga page for the first time.
To know if the current synonym titles shown are the cached version, hover your mouse over the bold Synonym text, and you will see that "Synonym" is clickable.
Click on the bold Synonym text to update the synonym titles to see the latest synonym titles updates. This also updates the synonym titles on the script cache.
Looking at the Related Animes of the anime Steins;Gate:
By default, it's like this
Alternative setting: ChäoS;HEAd, Robotics;Notes, ChäoS;Child, Occultic;Nine
But the script orders them to add line breaks between each anime/manga title, so it becomes easier to read like this;
