This is for the Kingdom of Loathing browser game. It counts your trophies, and allows you to see (on your trophy page) which ones you are missing.

Note that it gathers its data from the wiki trophy page, so you need to visit that first, and whenever a new trophy has been discovered. (And a convenient link to the KoL wiki Trophy page is added to your trophy list.)
