A quick script I made to display detailed timecode to 3 decimal places within the YouTube player. The only other way of doing this is to right click > 'copy debug info' and look for the "cmt" field in the JSON. The time is updated when the player state is changed, and it's best used when moving frame-by-frame by pressing ',' and '.'.
