How does it work? Also, does it only effect those who have downloaded it?

this guy is an idiot, all it does is it deletes your browsers assets for discord and doesnt let the person running the script use discord, so its not a prank, even if you managed to convince a friend to run it, they'd know immediately that it was the script that did it, and him saying that it effected servers was bullshit
