Modify AWS console service names

Modify the AWS service names to not include "Amazon" or "AWS"

This script removes "AWS " or "Amazon " from newer service names in the Services dropdown menu and sorts them by the shorter name. "Amazon Chime" (under the "A" heading) becomes "Chime" (under the "C" heading), for example.
