You know those annoying content blockers that demand you remove your AdBlock so you can read the content? This script removes them by force. Please note, this is not automatically universal like AdBlock Plus. It operates on a per-site basis that the author must add.

Hi Space Octopus! Yup, the script works—and probably works in TamperMonkey, too—because Vivaldi is built on Google's Chromium, the same open-source engine behind Chrome. Many companies fork Chromium for their own purposes; for example, Brave focuses on blocking ads and trackers.
I wrote my script in plain vanilla JavaScript (modern ES6+ syntax). Theoretically, it should work in any script-injection extension for browsers like Firefox, Opera, etc., as long as you manually paste the code. The only catch is domain recognition—it might rely on TamperMonkey-specific syntax.

Works fairly well in my browser of choice, vivaldi, is updated still, and is another tool at our disposal in the war of paywalls, advertising, gate=keeping in general, and overall destruction of the internet (imo).
