Download mod via skymods.ru directly from steam workshop

Apparently it's not working for me. Stuck at "Checking for mod". The games are victoria 3 and hearts of iron 4. Tried with both tampermonkey and violentmonkey.
It is was only for City Skyline and CIV6 download ( not other games ) v0.3 is allow for others game if it is support by smod.ru
