Community requested features for the tabs on your MH profile.

This script brings community-requested features to the tabs on your MH profile. Currently, the profile, king's crowns, and item tabs are supported. Below are listed the features available.
Profile:
1) An icon is displayed if the person is an Egg Master
2) A "Tip" button has been added to other hunters so you can say thanks by sending them a quick 10 SB+
3) Clicking on the hunter ID will copy it to the clipboard
King's Crowns:
1) Locking your favorite crowns so you don't accidentally change them
2) A summary of your crown totals (inclusive sums) and the text links to the MHCC group scoreboards
3) "Copy Crowns to Clipboard" button that copies all of your mice catches (of at least 1 catch) to the clipboard for easy pasting in excel/google sheets.
4) Collapse the crown groups individually to save scrolling. The last setting is remembered.
Items:
Add a basic filter to hide LE items. This is not really needed anymore as uncollected LE items no longer appear in the list. Functionality is just kept in case of future changes
