针对百度网页搜索结果进行优化。

1、移除重定向链接。
2、显示百度搜索结果原始网址
3、针对网址进行过滤（目前预设baijiahao.baidu.com/jingyan.baidu.com，可自行修改增加）。

注意：
开启插件后很可能出现前几页搜索结果特别特别少的情况，这是因为……(算了，你们懂！)，那么有个办法是：点击右上角“设置”，“搜索设置”，设置单页返回50条结果即可。
