This script adds some helpful information to your GDax main display.

Just placed a limit buy order on GDax for 0.017 BTC when the market is at $15,693 ?

Just how much US currency is that order going to cost you when it fills??!? For some reason, GDax doesn't tell you, except when you're initially typing in your order numbers. After that, the info disappears, never to be seen again.

Instead of having to get out the calculator repeatedly, try this simple script. It inserts gross costs and yields for each order (buys and sells), including those already filled.



It also displays additional balance perspectives, including the total potential balance if all your open orders are filled, and the actual balance of your account with no open buy orders deducted. Once the script is installed and the button activated, you can mouse over each label (USD, BTC, POTENTIAL, ACTUAL) to see a description of each value.



This script has only been tested for USA USD currency orders on the GDax Bitcoin and Ethereum markets. It may not work for other crypto-currency types available through GDax, or for other countries' currencies.

Values displayed by this script currently represent gross totals and do not account for GDax's commission fees.
