Edit line 14 - the list of users you want to blacklist. Put each username in quotes and separated by commas. You can blacklist one or an unlimited number of users, though a huge number may slow down your site visits.

Line 18 is set to false by default. If set to true, messages than include a quote from one of your blacklisted users will also be hidden. Just edit that line and replace false with true.
