Worked Great (after a fix)
Had to delete the string ".link-block-target" from line 80. Seems like last.fm got rid of that class. Worked like a charm after that, cheers!
New to this website and couldn't find a way to fork the script to make a pull-request. Ironic, given the website's title :P
