Add keyboard shortcut to toggle header visibility on AvistaZ Network sites
If you don't like to have really wide browser windows, and/or zoom in to get larger text, you'll find that the Header on AvistaZ Network sites will wrap itself onto 2 or more rows, taking up a lot of vertical scrolling space in the browser.
This userscript adds a Ctrl+Home keyboard shortcut that toggles the visibility of the Header on/off. It saves the visibility state globally and checks it each time a tab is opened/viewed. Therefore multiple tabs for pages on any AvistaZ Network site will all correctly hide/show the header.
Does NOT affect the headers of AvistaZ Network Forum pages.
