Yes I've unlisted Youtube Play Next Queue since I'm personally not really using the script anymore and only want to provide limited support. The previous time it broke CY Fung was kind enough to fix it. (So the github issue is not my repository FYI)
I'll see if I can easily fix the issue

[2025.09] Seems Youtube change its code for Video thumbnails: And break your last version of "Youtube Play Next Queue v".2.5.5
Note: Strange thing: search "Youtube Play Next Queue" greasyfork in DuckDuckGo, don't find it. I can only find your OpenUserJS version.
