Restores the tag cloud (illustration or novel tags column), and if there are tags attached to a work, this script brings those tags to the top of the tag cloud (illustration tags column).

This script restores the tag cloud (illustration or novel tags column) and brings those tags to the top of the tag cloud. If said tags are not in the tag cloud, this script gets them from the author's tag list page.
