Keeps the Wowhead search box visible when scrolled down.

Makes the page header (the search box) "sticky" when you scroll. Useful for quick access to the search box when scrolled down a long list of comments.

There is a small issue with the fixed header not always being the correct width if the content is resized. May fix that if it becomes a bigger problem.
