This is basically a replacement for Kitten Extrapolation. It uses more functions from Kittens Game itself so hopefully it won't require me updating any formulas, and it replaces the built in advisor instead of taking up log space. I dashed this off in less than an hour so if there's almost certainly problems with it. Feel free to bug me to fix them.
