This simple script will click the comment sort link if it detects comments are sorted descending (newest first). This will happen if your site administrator has the site wide preference set to descending. Even if you click to reverse the sort to ascending (oldest first), a short while later (days, hours) it will revert back to sorting descending. This is a workaround until Atlassian can implement "Store comment sort order in user profile" (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-5443), which has been open since December of 2004.
