Adds a dropdown for sorting Hacker News (Y Combinator) by various criteria

Cute idea. Pity no longer works (only 'sort by newest' seems to; and 'sort by rank', which seems HN's 2024 default);
but surely this would be an easy update for the adventurous coder.
