no-ads clean layout KA

slims down the page as much as possible, use part 2 to get full effect i cant figure how to require it

removes ads, and clears as much vertical spacing as possible

there is a small commented out part that, if uncommented gets rid of the comment box
just to clear off a tiny bit more space on the page...you know if you really want it

part 2 cleans off some of the spacing I couldn’t work in
