Make img tag optional?

Could you link images detected with an "a href" tag instead of using "img"? Or at least make it optional and let the user select the option they prefer in any case? I can edit your code but then I would lose your future updates and I prefer not to.

It can be really annoying in some social sites with a lot of comments where, after Linkify execution, a lot of big pictures may appear and break the original and natural layout of the website.

I hope you consider this option.

Actually parsing image url is the main reason why I forked Linkify Plus. You can check v2.2 changelog. xD

I'll make an option to toggle it globally.

Now you can open a config dialog from greasemonkey menu.
