Adds an interface to queue up actions based on triggers you set

There appears to be a bug where you cannot start summoning skill with Leprechaun - it requires something in fourth field but it doesn't allow for GP as an option thus preventing you from being able to create the queue.
Never mind, it appears that you have fixed it in 1.2.4 but weirdly enough M3 hasn't picked it up yet - still stuck at 1.2.3
