Downloading is possible for both photos and videos from posts, as well as for stories, reels or profile picture.

Is it any private account?
If you are referring to a private account that has not been followed yet, I have discovered this problem so far.
The issue has been fixed in the new version, please try again.

Works great, but don't provide a button to download Profile Picture from private account.
