bygone yt - youtube wayback machine
V3 VORAPIS REQUIRED.
STARTUBE RECOMMENDED.

emphasis: this is not just visual! it actually replaces the videos seamlessly!

go back to a better time

set your clock to any date in youtube history and it will build a relevant page for you. blocks every video made after that specific date
uses innertube to call youtubes local api for videos, add subscriptions/topics/searches etc to your feed via the menu

home, search, recommendations, trending. turn on the rolling clock and the date moves forward on its own in sync with real life.

the videos are real ones from that era, pulled from youtube's own api with innertube. comments newer than your date are hidden too.

you fill the feed yourself from the menu. add subscriptions, searches, topics and categories. you can give each one a weight and drag them to set the order, if you want, no need to though. block channels you don't want and add negative keywords to cut things out across the whole feed.

it has its own algorithm that builds the feed from all of that, and it learns from what you watch. the channels and keywords you watch most get more weight over time. the stats tab shows what it has picked up, and you can clear it whenever.
updates will come when they come, i use this daily so expect stuff to be fixed regularly

ive also found that it can find incredible, incredible low-view diamonds in the rough from the era. im talking 200 view hilarious 2014 skits or kids minecraft videos with the worst quality and audio you can imagine
