Infinite scroll for igg-games
Allows for infinite scrolling on igg-games using a client-side cache and page/# requests.
Only works on the homepage.
Little technical explanation: If the first page has changed, it will start loading the pages like new and storing them until we hit a page where we already have games cached, we keep track using a furthest page variable.If the first page hasn't changed we just check the cache until we hit our furthest page and need to start loading again.
