::Steam Search: Hide Games Under Minimum Price::

Hides games priced below $5.00 on Steam's search page by default. (Can be personalized)

So, we all know Steam has been bombarded with trash games from China, Russia, Ukraine and Poland. It is no secret. Steam is happy to have such trash and enforces this view they have by not letting us filter by MINIMUM PRICES, meaning if you sort games by price, you get more trash (trash is aimed at both ends, high price and low price) making it impractical.


Enter the solution: this script will hide all games below the $5 price tag.
Wait, there is more; you can personalize it!


Here is how to control the filter.

Change this line:

if (price < 5.00)

Simply change it to whatever you need and that's it!.


I've found that most shitty games are under the 5 bucks price tag so that's why I made it the default.

NOW YOU CAN FINALLY USE STEAM SEARCH WITH UNLIMITED TAG BLACKLIST INSTEAD OF STEAMDB!!!!! 😁
(steamdb lets you put a minimum price filter, but it is very restricted with tag filters)

Use in combination with https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/460862-steam-links-2025 (::Steam Links:: (2025)) to have a better free browsing/download experience.


Notice: You should not make your judgement by the install count, which will probably stay at "1" forever. Install count is broken for me, I use VPNs and some site configuration prevents install count from rising because it is blocking it. The "1" you see is the test the site admin did since I spoke to him in the forums.
