Changed text in the popup when setting a chapters auto resize to be more clear for if you're using one of the other versions of the site that work.
Added the ability to automatically resize manga to provided value when reloading the page.Instruction on how to use this feature can be found in the additional info.

Version 1.4 - Updated to work now that Manganelo has changed to Manganato.
Changed variables names to make it more clear what they are for and removed all usage of jQuery due to me sometimes experiencing an issue where jQuery couldn't be used on the chapter pages.
