WaniKani Item Lock State Annotator

Show lock/unlock state in the WaniKani search result. Unlike the default behaviour, an item for which no lessons have been done yet will still be displayed as "locked". Inspired by WaniKani Item Annotator by jeshuamorrissey and mempo.
