The biggest change is the addition of the comment button so you don't have to go to a tag's edit or wrangle pages to go to it. But if it was in text form it'd get to crowded so they got turned into icons instead. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

From the screenshot the order is remove, edit, comments, wrangle, and works, in case the icon's are too confusing.
