YouTube Hover Restore

A Tampermonkey userscript to restore the hover "Watch Later" functionality on YouTube that was broken by recent changes.

Features

  • Restores hover functionality on YouTube thumbnails
  • Fixes the "Add to Queue" button visibility
  • Works with Tampermonkey and other userscript managers

Installation

There are two ways to install this userscript:

Method 1: Direct Installation (Recommended)

  1. Install Tampermonkey extension for your browser
  2. Visit this repository's raw file: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Grasscamper/youtube-hover-restore/main/userscript.user.js
  3. Click "Install" when prompted by Tampermonkey

Method 2: Manual Installation

  1. Install Tampermonkey extension for your browser
  2. Create a new userscript in Tampermonkey
  3. Copy and paste the contents of userscript.user.js from this repository
  4. Save the userscript

Usage

After installation, the hover functionality should work normally on YouTube thumbnails.
