优化v2ex页面浏览体验
1.点击右侧灰色展开按钮，自动加载标题链接内容及回复
2.鼠标所在的详情框可以按ESC自动折叠
3.收藏主题后台自动发送，避免页面刷新
4.自定义展示高度，默认高度600，如果小于默认高度则使用现有高度，如果0则全部展示
5.自定义展示内容：topic,topic_buttons,replies
6.适配member页，可以看回答的topic内容
7.清除背景图和背景颜色
