dev console that overrides school policies, doesn't have cool stuff like snowlord7's devconsole, but allows you to edit the DOM (if you know what i mean...)
kind of wonky, but allows you to change the css, html, and bla. may crash your page... you have to dblclick on the elements to edit them. with all due respect to Snowlord7 (i used some of his code...)
