This userscript will correct links on reddit directed at nexusmods.com/* instead of rd.nexusmods.com/*. This is for people who like the new nexusmods page and want to use it.
It will also redirect you to the new layout if you visit a page from the old one.

As an added bonus, it removes the reddit data-outbound-url link tracking for changed links.
