Makes the MSDN Forums pages span the full width of the browser, rather than maxing out at the default ~960 pixels.
This will expand the forum posts pages so that replies don't end up squished to be only 100 pixels wide.
If you resize your browser to be smaller after the page has loaded, you will need to refresh the page again with your browser's new width for it to recalculate the layout widths.
