Any new entries that you add to your list will added to your Plan To Watch/Read list.

The script is executed on entry pages only if the anime/manga isn't on your list yet.
By default when you open an entry page and click on "Add to List" MAL adds the entry to your watching/reading list, but with this script the entry will be added to your PTW/PTR list with a single click on the Add to list button.
The script also works on Genre, Producer and manga magazine pages.
