Awesome Script, is there any Chance you can implement a Feature when you click on the "Toggle Read" Button everything will be hidden except the Chapters which arent read yet?.
As it is now the Chapters will be hidden but the main manga page will still be visible and it hurts the tracking of read/unread chapters.
For Example in my screenshot the Manga inside the Red box should also be hidden since there are no unread chapters
