Not sure if this is caused by Mouseover Popup Image Viewer, but there is some incompatibility with Select text inside a link like Opera.
Script causes text autoselect in Google pictures search.
Tested on clean Firefox profile with Tampermonkey. Screencast: https://i.imgur.com/Y3XgVaQ.mp4
