Add escape button from Captcha box? And how to use the "Export as"?

Sometimes I make an error in choosing multiple episodes and I want to exit the Captcha box. Refreshing the site or going back in previous page, the script is still persistent in grabbing the links and my only way to escape is to close the site.

Also, I don't quite understand how to use the "Export as". I was expecting to export .mp4 files, but those list on the "Export as" are a bit new to me. I want to download the videos using Internet Download Manager.

Edit: I kinda get it now with the IDM Bat File.
