Roll back the accessibility UI update by default, and add a toggle to enable/disable it in the Dashboard settings page

Update to issue of script no longer working
I've created a new solution!
Exact same functionality, everything perfectly restored, all previous bugs squashed, any delay at all completely gone and now much more future proofed.
But it'll be just a little longer before it's released.
