To whitelist YouTube channels in uBlock Origin

I fixed the user script -- I just found out that Youtube made changes which broke the user script. Should be fixed now. I also updated the javascript bookmarklet to extract the whitelist directive.
Does Not Work for Me
Tried to white list a youtube channel using these techniques and uBlock origin/Tapermonkey, and nothing worked on these websites. uBlock continued to block ads on the channel. Don't recommend this for Chrome users with uBlock at the moment.
