How I Can Reduce Javascript High Memory Usage ?

I have a serious problem when I surf www.pixiv.net it consumes all the system memory and Windows start lagging
Please See the Image down to see the memory usage

What seems to be the reason is Javascript
How I can reduce Javascript memory usage

Please Note This Problem Only On Google Chrome Another Browser Like SRWare Iron Work Fine With the Same User Data and Extension and Tampermonkey Scripts

pixiv.net at Goolgle Chrome Memory 800 Mb
pixiv.net at SRWare Iron Memory under 200 Mb

I've tried uninstall Google Chrome
I've tried delete user data
I've tried disable all extension including Tampermonkey

I use lenovo laptops G50-80
Intel Core i7 2.40GHz
Ram 8 Gb
Windows 8.1 x64

They will ask you if you can provide crash ID from chrome://crashes page. Or, if you have disabled anonymous reporting, upload the latest .dmp file (zip it) in %LocalAppData%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Crashpad\reports\
