I'm guessing you never accepted the ToS and therefore didn't even really try A.C.A.S? You missed out, things like this are often paid, filled with ads or trackers, A.C.A.S has absolutely nothing of that kind.

You checked "I have read and agree to the Terms of Service." before reading the ToS. Why did you lie? Without those messages, you would probably have not even read the ToS.
it kept opening the website
It keeps opening it, since you had a chess site tab active, and the userscript didn't detect the GUI (since you didn't accept the ToS, the GUI doesn't have any functionality to communicate back), so the userscript tries to open the GUI automatically in a slow loop. It's a small "bug" but a small annoyance at worst.
