Universal Video Tools adds a floating control panel for videos on many websites. It lets users rotate videos, zoom in or out, pan the zoomed area with a hand tool, check and switch video resolution when available, enter fullscreen mode, and download accessible video sources.

The script is designed to work across general video players, streaming pages, and social media platforms. It includes support for video downloads from many common pages, including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. On Instagram and Facebook, it may also detect downloadable media from Reels, posts, Stories, and similar video surfaces when the media source is technically accessible in the browser.

Main features:

* Rotate browser videos left or right.
* Zoom in and zoom out.
* Pan zoomed videos with the hand tool.
* Detect video resolution and switch quality when available.
* Fullscreen video controls.
* Download accessible video sources.
* Improved handling for Instagram Reels, posts, Stories, and Facebook video surfaces.
* May work with WhatsApp Web Status videos when the media source is available in the page.

Currently not supported:

* TikTok is not supported yet.

Download availability depends on the website, browser access, media format, login/session state, CORS restrictions, and whether the video source is protected or encrypted. The script does not guarantee downloads from every website or protected stream.
