For me the options work fine with the latest version of Ikariam (0.6.8), the script (3.0.3), Firefox (39.0) and Greasemonkey (3.2). Can you please provide more information on browser, addon, script version and maybe a screenshot showing the problem?

Marking alliances should be done with Ikariam version 0.6.9.
Need an update, but many features working
-The option send circular message has got no utility because the button was added in the last version in the sidebar of friends, so it should be removed.
-Options of the plugin cannot be seen so many options cannot be seen or changed
Running the last version of ikariam (v 0.6.7).

It should be nice also if you add the possibility to set an alliance as an enemy or not.
