Ein Klick auf tel: und callto: Links soll über den 3cx Webclient einen Anruf starten.

Die Zeile `const my3cxUrl = …` muss angepasst werden! Das Skript startet erst nach einer Sekunde weil sonst eventuell die Seite noch nicht komplett aufgebaut ist.

-> Also einfach dieses User Script verwenden. Voraussetzung ist leider, dass die Seite jQuery einbindet. War zu faul, es ohne jQuery zu programmieren.
