This is a really nice thing, but I've noticed that (in FireFox at least) it causes "pop-up" page elements not to go away.
I don't really mean actual pop-ups, more 'mouseover' alerts that would normally disappear once you've moved along.
Examples are:
Tooltips on YouTube videos - If you mouseover like/dislike the tooltip remains.
Video Animated GIFs on YouTube - If you mouseover a video in your feed it animates and never stops.
Likes/Reactions on LinkedIn - If you mouseover like/dislike the reaction menu remains.
LinkedIn Avatar - If you mouseover a user's avatar in LinkedIn their mini-profile remains.
I'm not saying any of this as a nag, or a nasty comment, I will definitely keep this script running. However I think if you can overcome this issue, it'll be phenomenally good.
