New feature: import from arbitrary URLs and auto-sync

I've improved the import feature. In addition to importing all your scripts from your userscripts.org account, you can now also provide a URL to any script and have it imported. Also, you can set your imported scripts to sync automatically; Greasy Fork will once a day grab the script at your remote URL and update the Greasy Fork entry if there's any changes.

I think the combination of these features will be pretty useful for those who also host their scripts in another place (their own server or userscripts.org) or who use version control like GitHub. The result is that you can set up your entry once on Greasy Fork, then use your service of choice for updates, and Greasy Fork will stay up to date.

I 'successfully' synced and updated my script manually.
