Keeps log auto-scrolling unless user scrolls up
This is a workaround fix to the auto scroll breaking when scrolling up to see older log messages.
it always auto scrolls and by pressing ALT+C you can pause the auto scroll to look at older messages and by pressing ALT+C again you can resume auto scroll so you dont need to always refresh the page or clear your logs when you have scrolled up a bit
